Meg mo blades

Several things concern me about Meg-Mo blades if I was a pro cutter or put a mower out anywhere besides the "back 40". Harder blades (north of HRc 45) have been exhaustively tested by OEM's and are very difficult to get past the stake test. The swing blade design probably helps blade fracture during impact but I would still be mindful.

318 meg-mo review. Bought a set of Meg-Mo blades over the winter for my 318 with 50" deck and I thought I would share my experiences. Maybe like 5-6+ mower widths. In the open, this is great. In tight quarters, it means more blowing. More grass in the street, more in rock beds, etc.

Better, but still not right. It appears that with this deck, and the way it is baffled underneath, the airflow of the Meg-Mo system from the left blade hits the airflow of the center blade about dead center and is causing some sort of turbulence that makes the grass bend down away from the cutting edges at that point.
